Pacific Boutique Properties
Casa La Kasbah / La Cruz de Huanacaxtle
Casa La Kasbah, beautiful Moroccan house in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle should be considered for it’s develop-able lot of 696 m2 with CUC zoning. Besides the chance to add on meaningful space to the existing home or build a rent-able casita or two, one could construct a multifamily building on this lot. As a home, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a precious pool, off street, secured parking and fully-walled lot. Constant rental activity. So much can be done on this lot and with the bones of the home while being perfectly livable as it is for anyone who wants to be close to the marina and in an up and coming town.
